Citizens for Justice in the Middle East considers the active involvement of local community members to be the most important resource to bring about change in the Middle East. Several CJME members and friends have traveled to Palestine and Israel on research and solidarity delegations. The purpose of these delegations has been to learn about the conditions under occupation which Palestinians live. It is through the stories and reports of people that have seen this occupation which we wish to share with you. There are several avenues to share these stories, including the following:
- Citizen Voices Blog - a journal providing commentary and analysis on events in Israel and Palestine.
- Photos from recent public events
from popular photo-sharing sites like Picasa Web Albums. - Audio podcasts from the locally-produced Kansas City radio program "Tell Somebody." This program has featured guests that are from the Middle East or have a story about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
