Beginning March 15 and running through April 19, 2011 Village Presbyterian Church will be hosting the series ISRAEL/PALESTINE CONFLICT Tuesday evenings, 6:30-8:00 p.m.
Over sixty years after the establishment of the State of Israel, with several wars and numerous armed incidents, the relationship between the Israel and Palestinians continues to be on the verge of boiling over into all out conventional war or worse. Drawing on Biblical foundations and recent on-site visits, this course will explore the Israeli/Palestinian conflict today and work toward answering the question: "What can we do?" Taught by Rev. Tom Are, Jr. (with Rev. Meg Perry McLaughlin and Rev. Jarrett McLaughlin).
