The American Muslims for Palestine is commemorating the passage of one year since Israel’s military unleashed a horrific, three-week offensive against the people of Gaza last winter, killing more than 1,400 people. AMP has chosen the theme “One Year Later: Besieged Gaza Still Standing Tall,” to highlight the indestructible character of the Palestinians and the ineffable hope still alive in the suffering people.
